How do I stop my ex- wife from using my kids against me?

we haven't been together for almost 4 years and she is always telling me if we don't work things out, she will tell them I am a bad father and I can't see them.

I would talk to your kids and try to explain what is going on so they can understand it. You don't say how old the kids are, so it's hard to answer this. She obviously has a problem and using the kids like this is sad and very unfair to them. Talk to a lawyer to see what your options are if she does try to do this.
