Seems as every one is over the politics of Washington and the Bush family.....and they are trying to show that dis-taste in every way possible.

I am proud for them and the awards, not only did they deserve it, but it's also about time America stop all this political crap and separate not only church and state, but also, the music we get to listen to and state.

I am also happy that those radio stations that refused to play the Chicks after the comments about Bush and Texas, will have to eat a little crow and start playing music instead of being judge and jury.

I could care less about the Dixie Chicks but I think they go a raw deal in America by doing what Americans say is one of their best assets, "freedom of speech". Which should have nothing to do with right wing or left wing. I think people whine about the stupidist things. I thinke the Dixie Chicks had a right to their opinion and quite frankly I am disgusted with reading Bushisms....while they are making money for those who publish them they are making us look like illiterate, redneck idiots because our president can not speak. Sorry but Go Dixie Chicks!!!!!

If you let people in the music world and or Hollywood influence your thinking then you deserve what you get: mush brains. Remember this is the same crowd that thinks Anna Nichole Smith is a "Cultural Icon."

The Dixie Chicks are great singers, but that is all that they are. I would no more accept political direction from them then I would ask a 6 year old how to repair a car.

What is a grammy? Oh that is right, it is the award given to the most liberal and non American groups of people.
