Japan is -9 GMT time.

But if you compare to US time:

Pacific Time zone 17:45 = JST 10:45
Mountain Time zone 18:45 = JST 10:45
Central Time zone 19:45 = JST 10:45
Eastern Time zone 20:45 = JST 10:45
(JST = Japan Standard Time)

Hope that helps.

Easy if you are in California- Just add 16 hours to the current time and you have Tokyo time! Add 17 hours during daylight savings time. Or, even easier, take the current time, change the AM to PM or PM to AM and add 4 hours (5 hours during daylight savings) and you are done!

It's usually a pretty good time in Japan.
I know many people that go back for visits.
I wouldn't mind going to one of those mountain spa resorts.
What have you heard?
