I believe that would be Odin.
Odin (Old Norse Óðinn) is considered the chief god in Norse mythology and Norse paganism, like the Anglo-Saxon Woden it is decended from Proto-Germanic *Wōđinaz or *Wōđanaz.
His name is related to óðr, meaning "excitation," "fury" or "poetry," and his role, like many of the Norse pantheon, is complex: he is god of wisdom, war, battle, and death. He is also attested as being a god of magic, poetry, prophecy, victory, and the hunt.

Ok, okay, you all think Odin is "the king of the gods". Fine, it's a commonly held belief. But let me twist your perception to a new angle, luv. Have you ever heard of a certain God? A shape-shifting, truth-twisting, thieving lil bastard? Well, if you don't know Loki, rest assured he DOES know you. Let us not forget that in some versions of the Edda, Odin has some help from a god named Lodur, who gave humans their physical beauty and other good things. It's a commonly held belief amongst many Friends of Loki, that Lodur is really Loki, and they somehow got turned into two different gods. (I'd say it's when christianity tried to create a "norse devil", which led to Loki being shown in such a bad light towards the end of the mythological story line. Keep in mind the xtians are the ones who recorded the oral tales with their own twisted perceptions). So that makes him Odin's equal. And in fact, Odin chose Loki as his blood-brother, and a oath like that was a big deal in Norse society. So, Odin and Loki are basically equal in inherant power. However, Loki can shapeshift, and steal stuff, and shape-shifting is cool and HE WINS. :)

Thor is the physically strongest of all the Norse gods. He wears magical gauntlets and a belt that triple his strength, which is still pretty impressive in and of itself.

Magni (son of Thor) god of strenght.
One day, THOR was lying trapped under the colossal leg of a stone giant he’d just demolished. Try as they might, the Gods just could not free him. Sadly they sent for THOR’s young son MAGNI to make his fond farewells.
"Good god, dad," said the lad, "what the hell are you doing under there? Hold still, I’ll have you out in a jiffy. Jeez, look at that leg. It’s big. Where’s the rest of it? I see you gave that monster a hammering. Pity you didn’t send for me sooner. I would’ve punched its lights out with my bare fists."
MAGNI was three years old at the time. THOR didn’t know whether to kiss him or give him a punch in the ear.
