the daughter is in the bahamas and the US doesnt have the legal authority to make her come back to the US just because some guy says hes the dad.

The system is going to get thwarted by the fact that there are 3 different governments (FL, CA and the Bahamas) involved. Plus the photos of Anna Nichole with the Bahamian official raise a lot of questions that some big wigs would like to sweep under the rug (my guess is that if it's anyone who's come forward so far it's going to be the bodyguard. It's not going to be someone who's already famous)

OK, since paternity has not been established and will not be for quite some time. I think that the child should be with her blood family. Anna's mother. Whether Bahamian judge rules it, or American, but that is who that child belongs with until paternity is established.

I think there are just so many angles that are coming at this case. They "the courts" better make sure that they are within their legal limits in the Bahamas before they make a ruling. The child is not in danger so they shouldn't rush into a decision.
