ive only been going out with my gf for about 3 weeks and im planning on getting her a teddy bear, a necklace, and a dozen roses.then i'll take her out to dinner.good plan?

no its only 3 weeks stick to dinner a card maybe a teddy bear im not a fan of flowers they die no memory or keepsake

Wow...I wish all guys were as sweet as you! That sounds like a perfect gift. As long as you can afford it. A dozen roses can be very expensive and so can a necklace depending on what kind you get. I would go with an inexpensive necklace and maybe a half dozen roses since it's only been 3 weeks. Good luck. I'm sure she'll love it.

for it to only be a 3 week relationship (unless you know for sure it'll last at least a year) you'd be safe just going with the teddy bear, 3 roses, and dinner. the expensive stuff is just asking to be even more hurt if the relationship fails. plus the smaller more suttle gifts are very romantic without being over the top

That sounds wonderful. My husband and I have been married for 7 1/2 years, and since we're having hard times, we're going to wait until next week to buy each other a video we both want.
