Waylon Jennings by far. George Jones just had a few hits early on and then became a drunk that redid other's songs.

I'm partial to Jennings just because George Jones is more of an old-timer (relatively speaking), but both are country geniuses.

I played music with both of them and they have different styles..you cant compare them...they were and are totally great in their own way....
