I was driving my 86 fiero around town today and everytime i sat at a red light my check engine light came on so when i got at home i checked the trouble codes and practally all my sensor codes shown up would that be a sighn of my ECM going bad or what might it be? And yea the car still runs

Yea it ran abit rough but yet it had alot of power

First clear the codes. Then drive the car at least 20 minutes or a normal day until the check engine light comes back on. Recheck the codes to see which codes returned. This may narrow down the number of codes and help you determine what the problem may be.

Don't drive the car too long or whatever problem there is can cause damage to other components and the longer you drive the more codes may accumulate. Usually the codes that show up first will refer to the most serious symptoms.

The ECM could be failing, but there could be several other causes as well.

If you do end up replacing the ECM, buy one from a GM dealer, an ACDelco, or a used one from a junkyard before purchasing any "aftermarket" brands.

More than likely a tune up is needed, the engine ran slower than the PCM told ti to so the codes went crazy. Find the low idle problem and you'll fix it.....Oh ya you didn't say it was running low idle...how about a little rough in the idle
