Most of the teams who will be up there in the draft need a big man in the middle so it'll be Oden. But I think Durant is the better player.

Greg Oden WILL be #1 if he's in the draft. Great big men are too rare to pass up on. No matter what Durant does in college.

EDIT: It all depends on what the team with the first pick needs. With the lottery there can be many different scenarios. If a team who needs a defensive big man and has enough forwards/guards...say the Kings... is the first pick then Oden will be first. If a team is in need of an explosive forward...say the Warriors...has the first pick then Durant will be number one.

I accidentally put Celtics instead of Warriors on my original post.

Oden wont declare for the draft, its almost for sure, of course...when you consider the options: continue to go to class and be the best player around or go to practice buy a mansion, play on a bad team and be an OK player...which would you choose?...answering a Q with a Q

Greg Oden because he's my era's David Robinson. My mother saw Robinson play in a road game in Osbourn High School against her james monroe Yellow Jackets. This time I saw Oden play on television and he was good. So I think he should go first.

Depends on the team. If you dont have a good Center (and most teams do not), than you have no choice but Oden. But, Ive never seen a 6'10" kid take jumpshots like Mcgrady, as well as rebound, dribble, and pass like Durant does.

there is no doubt that the Celtics will need the big man in (Oden). A 7 footer will help the strong forwards that they have now. The Celtics will only be as good as to where the ping pong balls fall...

If its the Celtics, they should pick Oden since Pierce and Jefferson are already starting forwards
