Zone alarm says that this "trickler" is trying to access the internet from my daughter's computer and not knowing what it is,she always denies access. What should she do?

As far as I know trickler is spyware that attempts to download "office companion" which has something to do with a program called gator,it's called trickler because it's trickling the download of office companion,or rather trying to with out you noticing,except you firewall is doing it's job,I suggest you run some sort of anti-spyware and see if you can flush it out,try spybot search and destroy,and/ or Ad-aware SE,just do a search for them and download them for free.
