In a class I had...I once encountered a boy named Sh*thead. Pronounced Shith-eed. I know a little girl named Aristotle. I know a Cinderella and a man with the first name of Semen. And yes, we shouldn't use full names because of privacy laws (especially in health care).

I have a friend named Pat Butt - no kidding. I also have a freind named Anita Love ( I need a love). I know parents who named their little girls Chanda Lear and Misty Dawn Day.
At least Pat and Anita married in to their names.
