I support Obama in the election as I feel he is the best possibility of brining about change in a government that is corrupt and no longer listens to the people. The main complaint I have heard about him is that he is inexperienced. I realize he has only been in the Senate for two years, but my question is: Is that a bad thing? I would much rather have him than someone who has been in Washington for years and plays the same games we are currently playing. Partisan politics is crap. It is about time leaders on both sides of the aisle are held responsible for wasting our time.

I agree with you a 100%...his lack of experience is what I like best about him. We need a fresh voice in Washington, and I love that his rhetoric is so hopeful and pure. I think he might have to settle for VP though, lots of small-minded people are stuck on the name thing.

I firmly believe that some experience in government is necessary, Obama has that, and as you say he hasn't been in Washington for years, and to my mind has not had time to become jaded about the whole thing, and hopefully would have some refreshing insights into the ways of the world and probably has a better handle on how to resolve many of the problems facing the US today.

I agree with holding them all responsible. Experience is necessary, Obama thinks he's leading some generational assault on the Whitehouse, but I think America will disagree.

social justice is code for socialism.
