I like searching for random stuff on www.youtube.com That's where people post video blogs, fan-made movies, music videos, clips from TV shows.... You can find plenty of things to waste time there.
RinkWorks has a lot of fun stuff to do and read and look at. There are all kinds of jokes (Computer Humor, Things People Said, Book-A-Minute and Movie-A-Minute which takes books and movies and condenses them into 1 minute or less readthroughs)
And then there's always www.bored.com
There's links to a ton of other sites from that one. Sites with jokes, funny answering machine messages, links to see what happened on last night's episode of *insert name of popular TV show here* because you missed it while you were at work, and lots more.
Those three should keep you busy for awhile, when your work doesn't.
