One thats not know to the public, but can really find out whats going on on the moon, and Mars for ourselfes.

It would not have enough power to transmit the results back to us, maybe with further advances in technology.
But I think instead we would still send something large with 100 small experiments on it.

Yes, many people have thought of that...and many have been built. Just google "micro-satellite"

As for the second part of your question...that smacks of a conspiracy theory. What? You don't believe what NASA and the ESA (along with a few other space agencies) have discovered about the moon and Mars from the dozens of spacecraft that have been sent there?

The first man-made satellite (Sputnik) was only slightly larger than a beach ball, but all it did was emit a radio 'ping' so the Russians could track it. The type of probe you describe is a bit beyond our technological capabilities at this time :-(

How would it store its fuel? How much rocket fuel could you fit in the palm of your hand? Not much...
