I think so:
A) If you weren't born blind and had used a compuer before and could type without looking at the keyboard then YES
B) If you were blind from birth but bought a braille keyboard then YES...but why would you be on yahoo answers because you wouldn't be able to read peoples answers unless you had someone to read them to you
C) You had voice recognition software then YES...but if you had a cold it may not pick up your voice and therefore not be able to type the quesiton correctly..and once again you wouldn't be able to read the questions.

So overall I think yes you would be able to !

Sure if you know the keyboard. I don't look at the keys now and I'm not blind myself.

With a braille keyboard or a voice recognition system, you probably could. Or, with a little help from your friends!
