The baby is really growing right now so you will be hungry all the time now. It slows down towards the end because the baby is getting bigger and you have to less room in your stomach then.
Yes you can use the monistat brand but call your OB to confirm. They may have changed it from when i had kids.

1. Weight gain help!!
First of all Congratulations!
Here are some tips to help woth the hunger while avoiding the extra pounds while pregnant. You should gain between 25-35 pound while pregnant. Your physician will monitor your weight gain at every visit, and offer suggestions to manage your diet if you're gaining too quickly, or not enough.
1. Pregnant women should try to eat 7 or more servings of fruits and vegetables combined (for example: 3 servings of fruit and 4 of vegetables) daily.
2. Water plays a key role in your diet during pregnancy.
So eat healthier things when you start to get hungry. See your health care provider if you are concerned about your weight. She or he can help you determine the weight gain that is right for you.
2. Yeast Infection
Yeast infections are not any fun. They occur in women more frequent when they are pregnant. Yeast infections are not harmful to you. They are simply annoying and painful. They also will not harm your baby. Though some babies will get yeast infections, no matter how or when they are born. Your practitioner should be able to tell you which medications to use during pregnancy. One important note is that the shorter courses of treatment do not seem to be as effective in pregnancy. Therefore you will most likely be prescribed or have recommended a seven-day treatment. Be sure to use the entire dose, as not following these instructions may cause a reoccurrence of the yeast. There are also natural remedies to preventing and dealing with yeast. Eating yogurt with live active cultures can help your body fight off the yeast infection. Some practitioners even encourage you to put plain yogurt (with the cultures) into the vagina. They say that it provides relief as well as healing. You should also cut back on the sugars in your diet, this is what yeast lives on. You can combine these measures with medication therapies as well. Talk to your practitioner for more information.

Eat HEALTHY and drink LOTS of water. Don't eat until you are full, you'll get heartburn later (like I did lol) Remember, the more weight you gain during pregnancy, the more you will have to loose afterwards. A pound a week for a total of 40 pounds is healthy no matter what your size. A friend of mine only gained 20 (what a bi*&t! But then another gain 60, I gained 45 and we are all about 5'7 around 125-135 pre pregnancy weight) Good luck, remember, everything in moderation. Try eating yogurt everyday for that pesky yeast infection.

The biggest questions is Does twins run in your family? I am also 5'3 and had my first child at 19. I only gained 20 lbs. Usally you gain the most weight at the end of the pregnancy. Try and eat healthly foods like fruits and veggies. Peanut butter for protein. And yes there are things you can take for a yeast infection but check with the doctor and he will tell you whats right for you.

Be lucky that your showing, Im almost 4 months and just got a little pooch. Don't worry about the weight and enjoy that this is one time in your life when you don't have to worry about gaining weight. Don't try to lose any. Just keep eating healthy and small frequent meals and snacks. And the dr has to prescribe something for the yeast infection....DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING OVER THE COUNTER...

Q1-Well there is nothing you can do about the eating thing..... cause that you do have to control it yourself. Q2-About the yeast infection you should ask your Dr. what would be good for you to treat it with. You shouldn't try just anything cause you never know.

Ive had 3 yeast infections this pregnancy! Its bad. The doctor prescribed me some meds for it. Just ask them to make sure its ok for you. My friends doctor told her she could use somethng from the store, but I would definitley not trust that. My doctor said not to do that. Just take what your doctor gives you. I just called mine on the phone and told them I thought I had a yeast infection and they asked me which syptoms I had, then they called in the prescription for me to the pharmacy.

For the hunger eat foods high in fiber (grains, fruits, and vegetables). For the yeast infection you can use plain fat free yogurt down there to restrore your balance. That should be safer than meds.
