The same thing happened to me when I was pregnant with my son. They thought his kidneys weren't developing right. I had to have ultra-sounds once a month. They also gave me an amnio test. When he was born he actually had to have a couple ultra-sounds to see his kidneys. Everything worked out fine. He's a happy, healthy eight year old. I know it's a scary situation but it's probably nothing

do no longer purely get your wellbeing practitioner's opinion. you will desire to get yet another opinion, via fact now and returned they say there's a illness or something and interior the top it replace into no longer something. docs additionally make errors. some toddlers are informed they have downs syndrome, while interior the top, they comprehend they did no longer have it. Get a 2nd opinion, in the event that they be sure it to boot, circulate to a professional. Horseshoe kidney isn't something severe. that's probable a congenital anomaly, besides the undeniable fact that that's no longer considered to be a severe element. that's greater like a benign affliction. solid good fortune!

Did you ask your doctor what it could mean? Instead of worrying about it you should ask lots of questions to your DOCTOR who did the sonogram.

Call your doc. office back and leave a message asking the nurse...saying you need peace of mind or want it explained further. you may need or want to get a second opinion.

Your Doctor should have spoken to you and answered your questions.

Your child is still developing, the specks may be nothing to worry about. The doctor does not seem too concerned if he is waiting a month to check it.

Just relax and try not to worry.
