i feel you are desprerate, and it is ok.. poeple do have this problem, but i feel you should relax and enjoy sex and nt do it only for baby's sake... visit the doctor and make a test may be somethng wrong.. All the best.. dont loose hope you wil get it, sure

I'm also trying. One thing you need to tell yourself is to relax. Try and keep your mind off of this...I know it's hard because I feel the same way. I find that the more I'm busy, the less time I have to sit and ponder if I am or not. And I know every time you try and every time you may get a symptom, it's hard to not know if you're pregnant or not right now (I've been having symptoms for 2 weeks and I've gotten negative results 2 times). Believe me, I know it's frustrating!

I know you probably want to figure out your chances, but I'd wait until you had some possible early pregnancy signs. Are you having any symptoms that you might be? Wait to see if have some symptoms and start keeping a journal. I know it's hard, but you don't want to stress your body out even more. It can affect your chances! Hang in there! Good luck.

For the average couple, having sex once per day provides the best chance of getting pregnant.
To optimize your chances of getting pregnant, after your partner ejaculates, remain on your on your back with your hips elevated for 20-30 minutes.

If your periods started on 15th Feb, you are most likely to release your next eggs on 28th February. Life period of eggs is 1-2 days. Sperms can survive 2-3 days. Hence the best period for you to have sex in order to conceive is 26 Feb to 2 March. Add 1 day prefix and suffix - and it becomes 25 Feb to 03 March.

But since your cycle is sometimes 26 days and sometimes 28 days, the exact date of your next ovulation is difficult to ascertain. Hence follow this practical advice :

During ovulation body temperature increases by about 1 degree and ther is lots of lubrication (juice) inside your love-canal (vagina). Hence around 25th February take note of your body temperature, and also with your fingers feel the inside of your vagina - see if it is more moist, juicy and smooth than usual. Then you can be doubly sure that eggs are getting released....... and then you know "what" next to do !!

But you should also know "how" to do it.

While enjoying sex with your partner, adopt a position which will help in deeper penetration. Entry from back sometimes helps the sperm reach deep, as the ejaculation occurs at the mouth of your uterus. If you are having face-to-face sex, then during your partner's orgasm pull your knees to you chest, and feet upward..... so that your pelvis points upward, and deep penetration occurs... (of course, a drop of semen is sufficient, but such measures ensure that bulk of the semen stays inside your vagina, instead of flowing out.)


Pray to God that your coming child be healthy and intelligent. In order to ensure that you get a healthy baby, eat good food (green vegetable), avoid cold-drinks and artificial food, take regular light exercise during the entire pregnancy period......... and take sun-bath (15 minutes of morning sun.....when the sun is pink or orange)

Try having sex every other day and make it fun! Don't make it mechanical. Enjoy it, TTC is rough. Have lots of sex and you may not ovulate in the normal window, so sex every other day.
