how many can i tie and bring back to new york city? I love dears and want to keep them as pets. I am driving to get them this weekend.

I would think you could fit at least a couple IN the car with you. They love to ride along and listen to the music.

Why, you are such a curious little thing, aren't you?!
It is true that they do have dears in Virginia, as I believe they do in every state of the union, but it is known as "KIDNAPPING" and it is a *federal offense* to remove any "dears" that are not a legal part of your own family for whom you are a primary caregiver.
Now, on the other hand, if you are speaking of "deer" and are contemplating removing "deer" from Virginia to take home with you to NYC, all I can say is that I admire your intrepid spirit; and while they may be difficult to both transport and care for in the Big Apple, I am certain the people of Virginia would thank you. In parts of the country where deer are plentiful, they are known as "rats with hooves" as they will forage in peoples' gardens and even garages and such in search of food, as their natural supplies of food continue to diminish due to development.
To your question, I cannot imagine that you would be able to fit more than one small deer in your Honda Civic.

PS Dear are wild animals. They don't make real good pets.

By the way, you spell it deer and not dears lol. OK, you can't keep deer as pets,especially in New York city and you sure can't tie live ones and bring them in your car lol. Go to the zoo and visit them there!

Your idea is ill advised.
Go to the zoo instead. Volunteer at the zoo if you want to help take care of them
The city has ordinances against keeping wild animals. Wild animals don't make good pets.

well lets see you obviously havent seen a deer close up, honda civiv lol you wont even be able to get 1 on your car there.....but good luck trying, i deer ya? lol,lol

If you get baby deers you might be able to fit two. They will make bad pets though.
