I used to work for a well known spa in New Jersey.
Most places will tell you that it's to your discretion. What ever makes you more comfortable.
The easiest of course is none at all when you're having a brazilian (or an almost brazilian) ;) . . . however you can wear a bikini - but you may get wax on it. Most places will offer you disposable (almost) underware. When in doubt -just ask them!! You won't be the first to do so. Good luck.

I don't wear anything (besides my top, of course). Some places have a tiny paper g string to wear.

nothing. its easier for them to see and do what is needed if u arent wearing anything from waist down.

Looses fitting clothes because you'll be getting neked anyway.

i think paper panties that they give you...if they don't give you anything and ask you to wear nothing, go check another place that offers something wear!
