Please be advised that the case came back in my favor and the judge ordered work.com to pay for all future medical nessecities involved with my injuries. Case won in 2005, appeals and all.

This is pain medication, that is not experimental, they were paying for it and now they just want to stop. They have not given a reason.

Workman"s Comp can appeal, or they can claim that certain things do not fall under "Medical necessities".

Sure they can! You may be injured, but a prescription for a pwer chair may come back denied...
experimental medication, god only knows what else.
There are a lot of things that I saw various doctors billing for, especially supply companies, taht were not "medically necessary". Now, what that has to do with your paying I'll never know, because I thought you weren't supposed to have to pay for anything, jsut let the doctors eat it.
But I worked more with No-Fault than W/C.
Good luck, and I'm glad you won, because these hearings can take a lot out of people and are not always fair!
