I would like to know if the hormones in these pills contribute to the growth of the breast? I had a breast reduction 2 yrs. ago and I am worried that they will grow back to a big size again. I was a 38DD and now I'm 36C. I really don't want that again. If their is a doctor out there or a pharmacist who can tell me or orientate me. about this I would appreciate this.

Usually, the use of estrogen doesn't cause your bust to grow. Most women at most may experience a slight growth but nothing huge. It shouldn't be a drastic change or cause you to go to the size you were at.

Your body does have a habit of storing excess estrogen in fat - such as the stomach and breasts - and what you may want to do to help limit the chances of your breasts growing at all is to exercise the pectorial (chest) muscles. This is very simple - you can get light free weights, lay down on a weight bench (or floor) and stretch your arms out. Then bring the weights together over your head. You should feel the pull in your chest muscles. Do several reps, whatever feels comfortable to you. This will build your chest muscles and decrease your bust size, keeping it in check.

There's an interesting book out called "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause" by Dr. John Lee. He talks about the use of bio-identical progesterone use for menopause symptoms that don't have the risks or side effects of synthetic hormones. It's worth checking out. I was on synthetic hormones for a very long time for endometriosis and ended up pretty much going through the symptoms of menopause when I was 25 - because my estrogen was so high. The bio-identical progesterone (like the brand FemGest) reversed the symptoms in a week and I've never had a problem since.

Most women don't even truly need estrogen, as their body stores enough in their fat. Which is why women gain a little extra weight when they hit menopause. What they stop making is Progesterone - which is only made at ovulation.

Estrogen treatment of prepubertal girls induces premature breast development - though I'm not sure about a woman your age.
You can change to bio-identical (natural) hormones.
Read Suzanne Somer's "The Sexy Years" for other options.

Yes, breast enlargement is a more frequent side effect of premarin. If that happens, you should contact your doctor.
