i just moved up in gymnastics and now we have to jump on the high bar and do a pull up pullover but i just started gymnastics and i cant do it what should i do?

i totally know what you mean, it was hard for me to when i moved up, but its something you get used to fast. you really need to get your muscles in your legs stronger, but your abs are really really what help you jump. so basically anything that works abs and your legs will help. try wall sits (leaning against the wall standing up with legs 90 degrees) it helps to take a warm bath and then stretch really good before you go. and you can ask for someone to help you get up to the bars. ok and the pulling up part, just make your abs and legs really tight and swing a tiny bit backwards, the forwards, then when you swing back pull up and a little out... it momentum, something we gymnasts KNOW counts for a lot

Just practice...and maybe lift some dumb bells...
