Target would be my pick for clothes on a low budget.
As for hairstyle, I would not go for something that is too short. From observation, I've noticed that older women have those manly haircuts. I think it is because they have gone through menopause and don't feel very feminine anymore. Anyway it bugs me. I agree with the poster who said shoulder length is a nice length. Shoulder length hair can be cut in many styles to suit the face.

Up do's would be the best hairstyles for you, or a nice short cut, anything that takes away from your face, in other words the older you get the less hair you should have on your head makes you look younger. As for the clothes...try some nice jeans with shirts, very nice combination, and any footwear can go with that.

Target has really good clothes for low budget. Hairstyle depends on your assets and personal style. It does not have to do with age. You should look at what shaped face you have and what type of hair. Is it curley or straight. You can look at magazines with hairstyles or just fashion magazines. The thing is do you want to look like a woman in her 40s or do you want to look younger. Most people want to look younger.
Go for a hairstyle that makes you look good and not just the easiest shortest one because that will make you look older.

Sorry - lower than no circumstances attracted to sex with any newborn in his 20's or guy in his 30's. i'm a 40 5 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous female and prefer more beneficial mature adult men. a guy in his 20's will be my son! lower than no circumstances eye-catching. No offense meant. BTW - As a lady in her 40's my sexcontinual is way higher than at the same time as i grow to be youthful and that i will keep my 'sagging elements' for someone with more beneficial adventure and adulthood who can savour ageing splendor - thanks. LOL!

what ever makes you feel good . . don't let age be your guide go with how you feel . . I'm in my 40's and I wear jeans and a shirt for casual wear. Just wear what makes you feel good.

it's not so much your age that matters as your face shape and the texture of your hair, and lifestyle that you take into consideration.
