I would imagine that since the TC s the only release for 2007 and that there will be 2 new models being released, the 2008 lineup will be on the lot sooner than we think.
The new 2008 tc actually comes standard with Apple iPod connectivity and I have heard that there will be some sort of standard security. In addition there is a new feature that allows you to download short animations on to your lcd screen. Sorry for being so vague but im pretty sure this information is legit.

I think they are going to release it towards the end of 2007...after the all-new xD and redesigned xB. I have an '05 tC and love it.
The 08 tC will have new headlights and tail lights, chrome-colored accents on the door handles. They're going to get rid of the Azure Pearl and Black Cherry colors and replace them with two new ones.

They dont have any plans for an 08 tc srry.
But the new xB and xA(now the xD) are both on their site.
EDIT: I just saw something about the 08! Yes they do have one and it will be released around may. Sorry for the inaccurate answer!

it's a great car... I LOVE mine. Typically new model years roll out around September ish. You can probably order one (get ready for a 6-8 week wait for a Scion) in July/August.
Word of wisdom... get the iPod cord. It's worth the money to control your iPod music from your steering wheel.
