I assume what you mean is if you divide the earht in four pieces how do the mass of those pieces interact.
If gravity was a pull then there is nothing in the center to pull it together since the earh was divide if 4 pieces.
What happen a subtance which exist in space is responsible for pushing them together into one sphere;this phenomenon is called gravity . It could have been called space spring push phenomenon.
You question indicates that gravity is really a push and not a pull as is believed in certain science circles..

Which spheres? The parts of the atmosphere or the structure of the Earth itself (like the mantle, lithoshpere, etc.)? Or do you mean the different parts of the biosphere?
