Anyone know what happened to the chief bad guy, played by Jaye Davidson?

I've probably put my question in the wrong context ( my fault); I meant what happened to the actor that played the part .

He was killed. The portable nuke had been activated and O'Neil and Daniel couldn't turn it off, so they used the ring transport to send the bomb to Ra's ship. Then the bomb exploded, destroying Ra along with the ship.

He is killed by a atom bomb while he tries to escape.
Col. Jonathan 'Jack' O'Neil (Kurt Russell), he, his team and Dr. Daniel Jackson (James Spade), scientist and Egyptologist, have crossed the boundaries of time and space. These modern-day pilgrims have naively stumbled across the Kingdom of the ancient god Ra. An intelligent, cunning and malevolent aging creature that for centuries has used the bodies of his people, his slaves, his humans, to regenerate himself over and over to receive eternal life. Ra intends to send a portable atom bomb which has been altered back through the stargate to destroy earth. Col. O'Neil can't stop the the countdown or disarm the bomb. He and Daniel Jackson ring the bomb onto Ra's ship as he is trying to escape. Ra is killed in the explosion.
