Take a pregnancy test or see your doctor, sounds like a baby may be on the way.

I answered the last one too. With not having a period since last April, I would say there is some kind of hormone imbalance...again like PCOS or something. WIth the onset of the symptoms in the past 3 weeks, it sounds like you might have also gotten pregnant. Please see a doctor. With the new symptoms, if you are not pregnant, you could also have a bladder or urinary tract infection. Really sounds more like pregnancy though.

Spotting isn't always a good sign. With symptoms like these you need to see a doctor and tell them everything you just wrote. Thats why they are there, to help you.

honestly those are all symptoms of pregnancy, but that doesn't mean that you are pregnant. You could have a hormone imbalance. I would make an appointment to see your doctor and discuss with him/her. It doesn't sound like it is something you want to ignore and wait to go away.

You could have something like polycystic ovarian syndrome? Talk to your gyno. It's difficult to diagnose but check it out and see if the symptoms seem to fit. http://www.4woman.gov/faq/pcos.htm#5
