I am having trouble getting paid from my former employer it has been 5 weeks since i was supposed to be paid and still hasnt paid me.HE aviods my phone calls.Can someone please tell me what i need to do ????

Contact the Texas Workforce Commission. I believe you can file a claim with them for unpaid wages.

call your State Attorney Office........they will be glad to squeeze the dough out of the Company!
