God knows.
It seems like that point when you just let go. You hold in your breath for so darned long in eager anticipation, in excitement, and you're so into it,
and then eventually, you just let it out. Let it breathe. Because really, we just can't keep it in and keep it up all the darned time.
Oh, and you know what?
The breathe after that is refreshing.
The breathe after we exhale is healthier,
and completes the cycles of ups and downs that we all will go through.
