How long did your Etch-A-Sketch last before the elastic band burst on the dial?

not too long.....I over used it

The elastic band never gave out on me.....I always ended up breaking the screen and then getting sand all over the place!!!

As long as I didn't sit on it the screen was fine, but when I started blowing things up that is when it was ruined. Oh did I just say that? =)
