Not sure what it could be, but if you are worried call your dr and ask to speak to a nurse and ask her or him if you should shedule an apt or what you can do to put your mind at ease.
But I would definatly consult a dr.

I would call your doctor and see if you need to make an appointment and come in and get checked out. Sometimes when you have a period twice in the same month, you will find that the next month you missed the one at your normal time and you will start at the time your second one began the month before. It has happened to me a few times. The doctor's told me that it was my body's way of changing the date on me. So my period just changed from one time of the month to a later time in the month. And at other times it changed from the end of the month to earlier in the month. I never had any pain when that happened though, so you definitely want to let your doctor know that you have that going on as well. Just a little note to you, I realize that most people are under the impression that once the tubes are tied there is absolutely no way that they can possibly get pregnant, but that isn't always the case. My mother is a nurse, and she has seen several cases where women who have had their tubes tied and have been assured and reassured by their OB-GYNs that they won't become pregnant have become pregnant. I don't want to worry you, I just wanted to make you aware that it does occasionally happen, but the odds aren't that great.

Most definitely call your doctor and schedule an appointment. Even though you can get some good ideas and some good advice on here, I highly doubt that any of these answers are going to come from an actual doctor, and only a doctor is going to be able to truly give you the correct answer. Good luck to you.

Don't know what it is. Could be one of your ovaries is acting up. I've had problems with mine. Could be something else. Best way to know for sure is to make an appointment with your doctor. And don't be afraid to ask to see a specialist if you are not satisfied with your doctor's answer. I am really glad that I went to see a specialist.
