Need suggestion for daily and long term ideas to open up my eyes and/or make a bit prettier!!!

adding a light colored shimmer on the inner corners of the eyes
curling lashes
falsies can help too
adding white eyeliner to the wet part(waterline) on yor lower lashline
extending black eyeliner outward and thickening it at the edge.

well as for long term, i cant say, but for everyday eyes by lining the top and bottom with either a black or navy blue eyeliner can do the trick. its the most simplest way. and u could also apply some eyeshadow right beneath your brow bone, but also make sure that your brows are neatly done too!!!!!!

get some mascara and light green eyeshadow and eyeliner.. put the masara on then put the eyeliner on your top eyelid up against the eyelashes and then put the green eyeshadow on where it suppost to go. and it all depends on your eye color with what eyeshadow to get. so if you eyes are Brown get: a light yellowish goldish color to brighten the color of your eyes if they are Blue get: the light green or a light grey color and if they are Green then get: a light baby pale Blue or Grey. if you have brown eyes: purples, bronzes , greens and shimmery colors
green eyes: browns, beiges, pinks and shimmery colors
blue eyes: green , pinks, bronzes and shimmery colors
mascara - lash exact mascara by cover girl (the purple one)

use covergirl lash exact mascara. first curl your lashes with a lash curler then apply enough mascara so dat it is dark then line your inner eyelid
