What computer system do you have? What OSs?

They should be on Separate Partitions as a dual Boot, just Reformat the partition you want the OS removed from (Backup anything you want to the other partition first). But, if they both on the same Partition it may be a mess to delete one without affecting the other. You may have to do a clean install of the OS you want to keep and Reformat the Hard Drive.

go to start
click on control panel
click on add or remove programs
and click on the operating system you would like to delete

e.g.if you load XP and win98
which OS you donot want open it and do this steps.

Click my computer then click windows Folder after click this folder you find I386 Folder delete it and restart.
