I am having pains shooting through my back then my stomach will get real tight and then when it lets up the baby moves around a bit and I feel alot of pressure. When I stand up it feels like a leg stuck in my cervix, kind of hard to explain just a real uncomfortable feeling. I just called my docs nurse and she said he didnt want to check me cause if I aint dialated right now I could be in a few hours but if I went into labor it would be okay to go ahead and deliver so he isnt worried about anything right now. What do you think this could be, labor near?

it def sounds like you are in the beginning stages of labor and the tightening and releasing is contractions. so good luck and hope you ahve a nice heathy baby!

It seems to me that the baby usually gets quiet when you get real close to delivery. I would prefer a physician who would see me when I wanted some answers, even if it was only the answer I didn't want..... I also remember thinking for about a month that ' this is the night' Good Luck, you know it is getting close.

it sound like you are starting labor~! the back pain would be back labor! just relax....but if there is a leg in your cervix....your baby would be breech! hopefully everything is in order....if your bag for the hospital isn;t packed yet, DO IT NOW! it could be anytime now! good luck!

dropping the plug is the 1st sign of labour. Get you bag waiting for the well being middle. in case you're in basic terms 34 weeks then its early, touch the well being middle you're booked into and clarify to the midwife , she'll probably prefer you to circulate to the maternity ward. the toddler is on its way.

it sounds like you could be, if it is that concerning for you, You just head to the hospital and have them check you out. I would rather be cautious then wait untill its to late.

its braxton hicks most likely and its the babys head not feet on your cervix. you are probably dilating if you want a real answer go to your doctors office and ask to be seen
