You would be a success, i go there any time. You need USD 10.000 if you rent, about 50.000 if you buy the place. Good luck and pls inform me when you are up n running.
If you import the stuff you need yourself that is. They have a company activehouse in HK, they put a little bit of this and that in a container and you save big money.

The combination of greasy pizza and a laptop keyboard would make me hesitate to invest in such an establishment. Why in the world would I consider taking my laptop along to eat pizza?
