How about the Parable of the Talents?

There are hundreds of Scripture references to the concept of capitalism, throughout the OT and NT. Growing money is a constant. Owning property is a constant.

The ONLY references to socialism are in the context of the Israelite theocracy and early Christianity, and it was a function of survival.

so is being a capitalist supposed to prohibit me from christianity? i don't get it. sure jesus told us to pay taxes and obey the laws of man so far as they don't conflict with spiritual belief, does that make him socialist? jesus in the flesh was the son of god, his purpose was not self serving, therefore he was not economically affiliated. how does economic policy pertain to religion?

the bible only mentions abortion in the old testament...to teach priests how to perform it on adulterous women. My guess is most people don't know their bible...lol
