no because every like 2 seconds someone dies so unless you could stop time i don't think its possible to meet every one before they die.

assume that average life-expectancy is 85 years
and that is 44676000 minutes so you need to meet new ppl at least every
44676000 \ 6,500,000,000 = 0,0068 min.
