the abortion was about 6 months ago. only sign i have is a missed period and i got the stomach virus ysterday. but ive had teh stomach virus before even before the abortion. lat time i had unprotected sex was hree weeks ago and he didint ***

Loads of fathers have said that, I'm sure...
But, yes, they'd likely be similar. Each pregnancy is different, but a properly-done abortion won't have any effect on future pregnancies.
(Self-righteous types who believe otherwise might think about women who have D&Cs or chemical abortions apropos of miscarriages...)

Well considering your body may believe your pregnant for a week or so after the procedure has been done, because the hcg levels are still present, it'd make sence to have the symptoms for alittle while afterwards. Now if you're asking if the next time you become pregnant after the abortion, I'd assume the body will continue to develop the normal symptoms and cravings as it did before you aborted the previous baby. If there was a deformity and your scared the next baby will be "cursed" like the last, the chances are very unlikely.

Eventually no, although it does take a little while for your body to go back to feeling not pregnant again. That because the hormones take a little while to readjust. About 3-4 weeks but I expect it's different for different people.
If you are still having pregnancy symptoms it would be a good idea to take another test. Although it's very, very rare sometimes the operation hasn't ended the pregnancy. Please see your doctor/health care nurse and tell them what you asked here. - sounds like you need plenty of support and advice about contraception and making choices not having them made for you.

You had an abortion and you are still having unprotected sex?? There is still sperm in precum, if you keep it up, you will get pregnant again. Do the responsible thing and get some birth control. Learn from your mistakes.

do you mean would you still feel pregnant after an abortion or do you mean would you get the same symptoms after a abortion?
i would image it would be the same if you had an abortion then got pregnant again.
