If you mean a TENS unit, yes. I own one and due to chronic shoulder/back pain from Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, and degenerative discs ; I use the unit when pain is too bad for medication to handle. If used correctly, it can be quite effective by short circuiting nerve pathways to brain so pain is lessened drastically.

yes, but we call it a tens machine. Works pretty good, when the muscles are spazing
