no herbs that I know of' but I have heard that a combination of Clucosimine, Condroitin, and Collagen will help regenerate cartilage,

Bee royal jelly. It contains collagen (which is a precursor to cartilage). The best source for it would be at beeroyalproducts.com. It will also help to decrease pain.

Glucosomine and Condroitin work very well. Give it a try. Keep in mind that it will take approximately a month for you to feel any real effect, but it works!

There is one physiological and histological fact, cartilage does not repair itself in the human. It simply does not grow no matter what you eat.
