Since my wife left me and my son a year and a half ago, after being married for 12yrs I have been unable to find anyone to date that doesn't have issues. One I found out was planning on marrying me for my military benefits and pension, another attempted suicide, another hates our country, a fourth one is a sex addict, another is bi-polar. All of them hate to cook and don't go to church. You see young girls on tv fighting or underdressing on cam. Where are the women with morals and family values at. Are there any left in this country that would be just happy being a mom and a wife and having a husband to love them and not interested in material things or what they can get from someone.

Just some added information: We moved to NC from NY and my wife left us 5 months later, so my son and I have no family or friends in this state. We do go to church everyweek and he is in boyscouts but even there we have not meet anyone other than acquiantances.

we are in a country that does not teach boys or girls morals now days. i am 30 and find loads of people in both sexes of my age or younger who are not well in the moral department. it has to do with lack of parenting and church.
it is rather sad and i am truely sorry that you are having problems. I wish i could have stay at home mom and wife and i wish my spouse was interested in more then sex and interested in church and god, but sadly i made a sad choice in a mate and pray that you do not settle top just have someone. settleing is not healthy

have you tried meeting a nice gal from your church. or asked your friends to set you up? i would like to say there are still alot of girls with good morals and stuff but i would be lying. i was raised to respect your elders and have a little self respect but it seems all these young girls have no solid role models like i did. i am one of the few who are quite content to stay home and take care of the house( i also work part time) and the animals we have. i am a rare breed. lol. good luck to finding a mate.

Go to church and make friends. Surely someone knows of someone, somewhere.
We are out here - you have to look. A good one doesn't need that much attention and does not try and attract it.
There are plenty of other single moms.

Everyone has issues. Perhaps you should give yourself a break from dating and find out what you really want, instead of searching for something you think you need.
