The negative thinking is in some manner is good, to understand the reality if you chase. This is from much and more spiritual leaders bring the highness ethics, which is based to lead the life with love and peace to follow the nature , and close to nature.

We are very far from nature, and its negative effects the modern world getting with good punishment from nature.
This is the main reason not getting security and lack of knowledge of self respect and love. The all countries peoples are anxiety , panic and depressed with deadly life and fighting to overcome with drugs and other artificial sources with. Hence self awareness is must , if you fight against negative thoughts its root more stronger. Keep in mind the negative thoughts is not any significant meaning on it until if you not see any logic on it, try to focus the other activities and busy with and not face to give the negative things, smile with go for another positive things with.This by experience will make you master. loll, dont be silly bab

whenevr negative feelings come into your mind , try to think of a happy moment in your life. Happy moment can be anything like thinking of something funny tht happened in college time etc.
You can also think of hugging somebody you love the most.

The basic idea is to replace negative with positive. Good Luck.

It is the tendency of the human mind to cling on to negative thoughts. Just observe that we always doubt good things in life. We never doubt our depression but always doubt our happiness. We always doubt our success but never our failure..So just ignore negative thoughts. Let them come and go, just dont pay attentiono to it. Always remember that life is what you make of it. You can take it as a challenge or struggle..The best remedy however is to smile.

Maybe you are just negative. Try to see the good things around you and appreciate what you have. If that wont work, go to visit someone less fortunate than yourself. Helping someone, will make you feel good about yourself. Therefore, you will he happier, and less negative.

Have good friends. share your thoughts/feelings with your close friends,relatives.
Develop positive mental attitude.
attend spiritual discourses.
Develop reading habits.
attend satsangs.
try to be God fearing .
Have complete faith in God.
