i keep hearing different things about her autopsy results...for example, i heard she had a heart attack and even heard that she choked on her own vomit.

The coroner said he does not know the cause of death yet. You are hearing many stories because of reporters and they just love to report. In the beginning of the first report, the truth about why there was a nurse at her side was truthfully reported now it has turned into a really horrible rumor. The truth was said, Anna Nicole has a body guard outside her door, it just so happens that by coincidence he is paramedic, his wife came to visit or is traveling with him, another coincidence, she happens to be a nurce. Anna Nicole was feeling ill, stomach flu or something she had a fever and was sleeping. The body guards wife just went in the room to check on her and found her unconscious and yes she had vommited, but i rather suspect from what the coroner said she was already dead.

People are so cruel. I just read the other answers. It's sad that no one can be serious about this girls passing.
The actual cause of death is not yet known.
She did not choke on her own vomit
Nor did she have a heartattack.
There were many prescription drugs found in her system which is more than likely what caused her death. In addition to the fact that she took diet pills.. Bad combination

I don't think that they have issued her cause of death yet. I did hear about the things you mentioned but on some show last night they were saying that the choking on her own vomit thing was just rumor and untrue. Guess we'll just have to wait to hear what really happened!

the "choked on her own vomit" thing - has been confirmed to be a rumor FOR SURE. It will take weeks before we figure out the actual cause of death.

the results won;t be back for 4to5weeks the news say..all the toxacology has to be looked and tested and that takes lots of time...they did say that there were no pills in her system that they could see.where is that lawyer/so called husband Howard jerk stern..the paper says he;s in the Bahamas with the baby...i hope she don;t end up dead..everyone around him has been dieing lately /he hasn't even made a statement about her..that's suspicious,,,,,,,

The coroner ruled out that she did not choke on her blood, but I think it will be drug-related.
