No, you cannot "make" anyone feel anything, that's their choice. However you can take steps to get their attention and do what you feel may encourage them to want to get to know you better.
Wouldn't it be horrid if we could make people love us? What if some awful creepy completely repulsive person decided they wanted to "make" you love them? Not so kewl, huh?

No, but if someone likes and respects you enough, then there is a great possibility that like can grow to love

If someone is not attracted to your outer appearance but like your inner then possible. If they don't like inner but like the outer then sex is possible if they like both anything is possible. But if they don't like either side of you forget it.

have you tried love spells? are you charismatic? how is your confidence level? how good are you at reading body language? these are all things that you could use to your advantage however, you cannot build a natural connection between two people.
