when people send me an audible, i dont hear anyting (and yes my speakers are on), what is wrong?

make sure your speakers are plugged in correctly to the computer and to a power source. make sure that your sound card is working correctly. to do this, right click on my computer then click on properties. click the hardware tab then the device manager. if you have any yellow or red over your little icons, then something is wrong with the sound card. You will need to update the drivers. right click and click on update drivers.

I have a similar problem, I don't hear anything nor see the audible. My cousin says that my connection is not fast enough.
