I am not sure that I believe in that but I have had a string of severly bad incidents happen to me like never before in my life, and just when I thought it was the worst, something else happened. Then a friend told me that a woman that we know of had voo doo dolls and had mentioned my name. Please tell me what you know of about this voo doo stuff??

Voo Doo is real! do not mess around with the Voo doo priestesses, and DO NOT make them angry at you.
Voo Doo is based in the religion of Africa and that religion goes back around 15,000 years, and probably more likely 35,000 years.
There have been people that were cursed by Voo Doo priests and priestesses, and THEY JUST DIED.
I follow the religion of old hawai'ian kahunas, and this religion dates back at least 14,000 years as documented in "Clear Your Lifepah: With Kahuna Wisdom" by Allan P. Lewis.
The kahuna ana ana cursed people in much the same way and the cursed people died in three days. The kahuna ana ana were the assassins for the ali'i (the ruling class of Hawai'i.
The best thing you can do is find another Voo Doo priest or priestess and get them to lift the curse.
You could talk to the person and see if she is angry with you.
You DEFFINATELY neen to learn psychic protection.

VQ, Wiccan King & Rev Two Bears all have good advise. I shall just add some extra suggestions to it.
Try wearing a crystal to ward off negative energy ang psychic attack eg balck agate if I'm not mistaken. A black agate, smockey quartz placed in a small pouch and carried with you will also ward off any bad energies. Further research into crystals will not hurt.
Try casting a protective circle around yourself. This is done by invisioning a circl of pure white light round youself, through which nothing can pass.
To protect your house or appartment, you can cast a Druid Ward, this is similar to the circle but it is square, then you develop it into a cube. Picture the four corners of you property. Start with the back left hand corner, envision that black, then the front left- white, front right - black, back right - white. Move your mide around the points envisioning the assocciated colour. Once you can see this, extend it to the sky. Almost as if a copy of your square lifts up off of the onf you started with and lifts up to the sky. Now see your origional square move down a bit so your property or space is in the middle. Now you you should be envisioning a cube with your proerty in the middle. Envision that cube becoming the most inpenetrable thing you know eg Fort Knox. Fix this in your mind and the ward is set.
Try find some text on reflecting or returning magic. Don't have my books on me at the moment. Basic protection I know off the top of my head.

OK first of all if you don't want to be cursed again, wear this protection rune on a necklace (even homemade will work)
all that is required is for you to believe it will work, then it will work.

you need white or purple cord/twine now you need to use it to make three circles around you, each on smaller then the other,

Search your home, office, car etc for things that don't belong. In voodoo, ill effects are usually caused by placing a cursed item in proximity to the person they want to harm. It will probably be small, like a cloth bag or piece of cloth tied up with string. Check anywhere this woman could have been in your life. It will probably be somewhere you spend a lot of time or are vulnerable--under your bed or mattress, under the couch or couch cushions, in the kitchen, under a car seat. Destroy the item when you find it and keep an eye out for replacements.

Have you offended this woman or crossed her in anyway? I would try to make amends if you have. If possible try to clear the air with her.
I don't believe in harming anyone so maybe you should try protection spells and charms.

The key words are fear and power. If you are afraid of this stuff, which is nothing really, it will have power over you. If you are not afraid, it will only be the BS it really is. Even if someone could enlist spirits against you, it would only last so long until they turn back on the one doing them. As they say, payback is a b***h.

It is absolute bullshit. There is no power, except that of God Himself. All other evil spirits and their powers fall like a house of paper against God.
If you think an evil spirit is bothering you, order it out in the name of Jesus Christ.
They will flee like a water off a ducks back.
