When you receive your diploma, regardless of age. Don't quit, get the education either as a diploma or GED.

And as a side note: I had my daughter at 16, I stayed in public high school and continued into college. The only thing preventing my college degree was illness. Now my daughter is a Sophomore in High School and my son at 6th grader; if I had quit what kind of example would I have set? Staying in school was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I would have to say that a person could quit whenever they want to, government shouldnt control your freedom of choice

I don't know but why would you want to quit school? If you do, then you'll be throwing away your life!!

I think it's 18. If you quit earlier you will have your driver's license pulled.
