Hi Mary. You don't give your age but I'm assuming you are an adult over the age of eighteen. Let me start by saying that "True love knows no Bounds". If you truly love this guy and he truly love you, then what could possibly keep you apart. If he wants you and you want him, then follow him. If he is returning from where he is, then I would say wait for him. If he is non-committal about the relationship or when he will be returning, then I would say that he is not committed to you and you should move on.

If he has already moved on, dont wait. If not, you need to talk to him about how you can make it work long distance. Talking no the phone a lot and seeing each other whenever possible helps a lot.

If he moved on, then yeah...it's time for you to do the same. Also, you don't indicte how old you are but I'm going to take a guess that you are still quite young. Use this time to enjoy life, not wait around for a guy!
