Being that today is pres. day...will there be regular postal & delivery services today?

Does fedex & ups deliver today?

USPS and Fedex are fully functional although depending on your state you may not be able to use the services of the DMV because state workers are on an entirely different contract. Next Monday, the 19th is a legal holiday and USPS will be closed.

Fed Ex and UPS yes Official Postal Service no way.
